Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga & Meditation Evening specially curated to help you cool down, relax, and reconnect.
This session is part of the SKY Campus weekly series and will feature a sequence of calming asanas, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation — all designed to balance your energy and beat the summer heat.
🧘♀️ What to Expect:
Cooling yoga flows
Simple breathing techniques to release heat
Guided meditation for inner stillness
A chance to unwind with a like-minded student community
No experience needed — just bring your mat (if you have one) and a bottle of water!
