About Water Therapy:
Somatic Water Therapy is a deeply soothing practice that combines floating, breath awareness, and gentle movement in warm water. It helps calm the nervous system, increase body awareness, and create a sense of safety and trust — similar to the feeling of being held in the womb.
Each guest will have the chance to
be floated and to float others
in a safe, guided environment — a beautiful way to connect, support, and be supported.
