In a world that has commodified love, our views of healthy give and take have been corrupted. What would it be like to

develop and experience vibrant webs of community

beyond the individual boxes and societally mandated roles and goals that are causing so many of us to be so very lonely?

We can't build what we can't imagine. Let's reimagine together!

This retreat - an experience in our longer Reimagining Kinship series - will be a journey into how to connect in healthier ways to ourselves, each other and the wider living world.

What we will cover:

How to build a toolbox for self regulation

Co-regulation techniques in communities of practice

Embodiment and grounding exercises

Meditation and nature immersion

An introduction to community care

Time together to experiment and become Kin

Schedule:

we will kick off this retreat on Sun

Aug 31st 6:30-9pm on Zoom

- this introduction will allow us to lay a relational foundation for the retreat the following weekend

Sept 5-7th

in-person.

Accommodation:

Rosenwaldhof is a lovely little center nestled near a lake in Brandenberg, offering comfortable lodging and lovingly prepared vegan meals daily. All room accommodation available is double occupancy with a shared bathroom. Special needs may be met upon request.

Contribution:

350 - 550 Early Bird

Who is SoU:

we are a Berlin based, grassroots, female founded/led collective building bridges between personal healing and collective action. In a fragmenting world, we are dedicated to un-learning internalized systemic oppression, so that we can come together to co-design alternative futures.
