Sound is an indigenous form of communication, healing and energy tool that was existent befoe humans used words. It is a beautiful energetic tool that we can use on a day to day basis to balance the vibration within our body and leave behind things like worry, fear, doubt and stress.

In this sound journey session I will guide you on an energetic journey with different musical tools such as singing and diverse instruments to guide you into a beautiful state of relaxation where you can connect to yourself on a soul level, listen to the guidance of your body and leave behind the daily stress.

You wil also be able to activate the energy of your own voice through simple and short voice exercises that will be included.

The session will bring closer to you the power of sound and the connection of sound with our bodily wisdom and language.
