WHAT TO EXPECT
I) Embodiment Meditation
a grounding meditation to arrive in the body and center the mind to facilitate deep journeying.
II ) Guided Breathwork
Moving gently from parasympathetic, dreamy connected breath into move activating, sympathetic cycles to bring about nervous system activation, altered states and potential for emotional release

Breath retentions
between the activating stages, with space to adjust intensity as needed (breathe for the state you want, this is your time).
After the guided breath there is
nonguided
open space
with intentional music to let move what wants to move and let arise what wants to arise. You breathe at your pace. No instruction, just flow.
III) Gong
Savasana
and other grounding elements will support the integration of your experience and bring your nervous system back into a grounded theta state.

for maximum benefits please refrain from eating and caffeine/ other stimulants 2hours before we begin.
Contraindications:
If you have a known history of epilepsy, recent stroke, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, open wounds, are pregnant between the 6th and 12th week, aneurism, schizophrenia, or high blood pressure.

About the facilitator:
Gil is a
breathwork, Innerdance (Kundalini Activation), and yoga facilitator, and soundscape creator
. After a burnout led her to spending five months in silent meditation at a buddhist monastery in Northern Thailand, she dedicated herself to the study and sharing of
nervous system science, altered states of consciousness, and trauma-informed spaceholding
.
She enjoys creating
meaningful and safe shared experiences
with groups that support nervous system regulation in an increasingly fast-paced world. Through breath, movement, and sound, she invites participants to connect with their
