Chakra Meditation Session 7 - Celebrating bliss

Why do we sometimes feel disconnected and fall into the traps of never ending conflict and fail to experience the feeling of joy/bliss and oneness with everything around us?

Well, this has to do with the seventh Chakra, called 'Sahasrara' Chakra. Each Chakra has a positive and negative emotion associated with it. For the Sahasrara Chakra, these are joy/connectivity and separation/conflict/duality.

Every week we go into one of the 7 centers of certain emotions called Chakras. By meditating on these Chakras, we can clear blocks and transform negative to positive emotions. And of course, relax our minds with guided meditation and soothing Yoga :)

It is no matter if you missed the previous sessions, you will still be able to follow :)
