*The breathwork journey is held in English, and you don’t need to be fluent to participate. I speak fluent German.

The Workshop will consist of:
A summary of the benefits, the techniques for the Breathwork, and what to expect during the journey
5 minutes conscious Breathwork practice whilst sitting up that you can take with you and for your daily practice if it resonates
Journalling for the journey and your intentions
Shaking and dancing to get your energy moving
Laying on your matt with a blanket, you will be in the jounrey for up to 1-1.5 hours where I will be guiding and supporting you.
I will finish off the Journey with a Visualisation Meditation to help you start to integrate all that shifted within the journey

Contraindications:
Conscious Connected Breathwork may result in certain physiological changes in the body and can also result in emotional release as well as physical release. Therefore, it is advisable to refrain from conscious breathwork with the presence of any of the following:
Epilepsy
Pregnancy
Glaucoma
Detached retina
Family history of Aneurysms
High blood pressure that is not controlled by medicine
Use of prescription blood thinning medications such as Coumadin
Strokes, seizures, TIAs, or other brain/neurological condition or disease.
Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack
Prior diagnosis by a health professional of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
Hospitalization for any psychiatric or emotional crisis.
How to prepare for the Journey:
Bring an open heart and mind, release expectations around the type of session you’re going to have. Each session is its own unique experience. Lay on a mat in warm comfortable clothes ideally no restriction around the waist and chest, a blanket, water bottle, a pen and journal. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the session.
