Join us for a relaxing and creative outdoor experience that blends sound healing and expressive art. Guided by multidisciplinary artist Ilinca, the FLOW PAINTING Session invites guests to surrender to a peaceful environment and create art inspired by beautiful nature all around. Ilinca will guide you throuought the whole process. Whether you find your muse within or in nature, this session promises an explorative artistic journey.

All art supplies and light snacks are provided.

Just bring your yoga mat, an open heart, and a willingness to explore your inner world.

, designed to ground your energy and awaken your senses. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, you’ll be gently guided into stillness with the calming tones of crystal bowls and healing instruments.Welcome

After the sound bath, we’ll transition into a

free-flow painting session

where you can create from the heart—no experience needed! You’ll have access to a wide variety of art materials, including

acrylics, oil pastels, markers, and more

, to explore and express whatever surfaces through the meditation. Let your inspiration flow onto the canvas, guided by how you feel, not by rules or techniques. You will be led through color theory and guided exercises to support you in finding your personal expression. We will paint on individual canvases that are yours to keep, while also providing different size and styles of papers for you to experiment. Think aabout this as your creative paradise, where you can access all your heart desires.

Let go of expectations and simply enjoy the process of creating in nature.
