This dance class is everything you need to open your mind, expand your heart and heal your body. Imagine being soaked in a beautiful healing blanket of earth energy while releasing all that is old, stagnant and stuck from within you. If you enjoy yoga, breath work, Qi Gong, Reiki or are walking the path of healing, this is for you.
