Yes, it is already Summer Solistice, a day of equilibrium in nature, a day of dual harmonies. While secular in its nature, this ceremony is carefully designed to reset, realign & harmonise your inner world.

The journey begins with a meditation and a breathwork practice, followed by frequencies and vibrations from various instruments, while Gong is played for extended period. Aromas of incenses and essential oils are used throughout as guides to ease the connection and realignment.

Afterwards, there is a silence and space, an opportunity to indulge in the after state and integrate the experience in a way that feels serving to you, i.e. journaling, drawing or simply doing nothing.

About Gong: Gong is a sacred instrument of transformation and can guide you into a state of profound relaxation - where the ordinary dissolves, and the extraordinary unfolds. Each gong bath is unique. How you arrive to a gong bath and which intentions you hold for the experience is magnified through the vibrations.

The flow is created to maximise the health benefits received from Gong vibrations and integrate with our senses. Spots are limited.

Before & After Care: Since the body is about 70% water, it naturally resonates with the gong’s frequencies. Stay hydrated and consider avoiding alcohol and caffeine before and after the session for optimal integration.
