We are absolutely thrilled to welcome you as an official facilitator in the YOGA world of evolve festival 2025! Your application stood out to us, and we were so inspired by the incredible energy, skill, and presence you bring to the conscious community. At evolve, we believe that the most profound experiences are not just presented, but co-created. You are not simply a guest teacher; you are a vital part of the festival's heart and soul. Your unique workshop/session will be a cornerstone of the transformative journey we are building for our attendees.

evolve is built on a model of community, collaboration, and shared success. Our relationship with facilitators from vibrant yoga studios across Germany is a true partnership. You provide your incredible expertise and community, and we provide a major platform with over 2,000 engaged attendees for you to connect with, share your practice, and grow your personal brand. We do not offer any paid compensation or fees for yoga instructors. Instead, our offer is mutually beneficial, focusing on shared rewards and extensive support.

A complimentary 4-Day Festival Pass, giving you full access to the entire event.
Complimentary parking or a caravan spot for the duration of the festival.
An additional complimentary 4-Day Festival Pass for a friend, partner, or colleague, activated as soon as the first ticket is sold using your unique discount code.
Daily food vouchers to cover all your main meals from our food catering service.
Full access to our artist shuttle service, with scheduled routes from central points in Berlin to the festival grounds.
Exclusive access to the Artist & Facilitator Care Area, a dedicated backstage space with complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and drinks to rest and recharge.
Ticket Sales Commission
We want to actively help you benefit from bringing your community to evolve. We will issue you a unique discount code to share with your students, followers, and friends.
Your community gets
20€ off any 4-day festival pass.You receive a
15€ commission for every single ticket sold using your code.
This is your opportunity to generate direct income from the festival, with earnings tracked transparently and paid out after the event.
Festival Profit Sharing
Our success is your success. We are committing 10% of the festival's net profits to a shared pool for our 100+ facilitators. This pool will be distributed after the festival's conclusion. The distribution will be weighted based on factors such as the attendance and engagement in your sessions, your contribution to ticket sales, and other discretionary elements that reflect your overall positive impact on the festival experience.

We will also showcase your events on evolve.coop and highlight you as a creator in the city.

Your voice is the most authentic and powerful tool for inviting people into the evolve experience. Sharing your unique discount code is not only a way to earn commission but also a way to gather your community for a truly special event. Your unique discount code is the emails we sent since approval.
Here are some proven ways to spread the word:
On Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.):
Create a dedicated post or Reel announcing you'll be facilitating at evolve. Share what you'll be teaching and why you're excited!
Add your ticket link and discount code to your "link in bio."
Share behind-the-scenes content as you prepare for your session.
Use the "countdown" or "reminder" features in your Stories for ticket sale deadlines.
In Your Email Newsletter:
Feature the festival in your next newsletter. Explain the unique experience evolve offers and give your community the special discount.
In Your Classes & Workshops:
This is your superpower! Announce your participation at the beginning or end of your regular studio classes. The personal invitation is incredibly effective.
Through Direct & Group Messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram):
Share the link and your code in your private community groups. It’s a direct and trusted way to communicate.
Send a personal message to students or friends who you think would especially love the festival.
Physical Promotion at Your Studio:
We will send you a package of beautifully designed evolve festival posters and flyers. Please put them up in your studio, at the reception desk, or in changing rooms.

We are a team in this. The more we collectively share, the more vibrant and successful the festival will be for all of us.
This section outlines the general terms of our collaboration. By confirming your position as a facilitator, you agree to the following:
Commitment: You agree to facilitate the workshop/session as described in your application, at the time and location scheduled by the festival organizers.
Professionalism: All facilitators are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, respect, and integrity when interacting with attendees, staff, and other artists.
Promotion: You agree to support the festival's promotion through a reasonable number of mentions on your professional channels (e.g., at least one social media post and one newsletter mention).
Compensation: The compensation structure is outlined in the Offers section. Commissions will be calculated and paid within 15 days of the festival's conclusion. Profit-sharing distribution is dependent on the festival achieving profitability.
Media Release: You consent to being photographed and filmed by the official evolve media team during the event. This content may be used for promotional purposes for current and future festivals.
Cancellation: Please notify us of any need to cancel as early as possible. Cancellations within 30 days of the festival may affect future collaboration opportunities. In the unlikely event of a festival cancellation, this agreement will be void.
Liability: Facilitators are responsible for their own liability insurance.
