WHAT: Dance 5Rhythms with Oliver playfully evokes high and deep physical presence through passionate dancing and powerful music. Let yourself be guided into a deepening relationship with your outer and inner body, with your self and your life, creating many moments to still the mind through movement. This event includes a somatic introduction and integration.

Liberate into the here and now through the Dance 5Rhythms with Oliver Dance Meditation. In this class movement becomes the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor.

Guest Teacher: Dagmar Cee

Trained and authorized by Gabrielle Roth she has been teaching and organising the 5Rhythms® internationally since 2005 on the Waves and since 2010 on the Heartbeat level. Her background is photography and Media Art. She is a member of the 5RTA.
