FÜR WEN IST DER WORKSHOP GEEIGNET ?

Der Workshop ist für jede:n offen, die oder der sich Zeit für sich selbst nimmt, Neues erleben und sich tiefer erforschen möchte. Die Teilnahme ist nicht möglich bei einer ernsthaften Erkrankung, Epilepsie, Glaukom, einer kürzlich erfolgten Operation, einer Einnahme starker Medikamente, einer akuten Infektion und einer Schwangerschaft. Mit dem Ticketkauf bestätigst du, dass du körperlich, seelisch und geistig stabil bist teilzunehmen und deine Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Seit über 14 Jahren begleite ich als Gestalt- & Körpertherapeutin und Anbieterin der Original Atemreise Menschen in Atemprozessen und Selbsterfahrungen, von der Atemreise über Afterwork Breathing bis hin zu einwöchigen Intensivseminaren wie Heldenreise®, Lovers Journey und Schatten. Aus Überzeugung schaffe ich einen geschützten Raum für tiefgehende Prozesse und erlebe immer wieder, wie kraftvoll die Atemarbeit persönliche Entwicklung unterstützt.

We use simple deep abdominal breathing on the breathjourney to enter the expanded state of consciousness. In addition, evocative music will accompany you on your journey. From our experience, the breath journey is a valuable enrichment for personal self-discovery and growth.

FOR WHOM IS THE WORKSOP SUITABLE ?

The workshop is open to anyone who takes time for themselves, wants to experience something new, and explore themselves more deeply. Participation is not possible in case of a serious illness, epilepsy, glaucoma, recent surgery, taking strong medication, acute infection, or pregnancy. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally stable to participate, and your participation is at your own risk.
