The Melting Method is grounded in modern nervous system science, body psychotherapy, somatic therapy, bioenergetics, and Taoist and Tantric principles, alongside other practices focused on body awareness and emotional integration.

Dearmouring uses a combination of touch, breath, sound, movement, and meditation. Through trigger point release and stretching, we open the body and expand your capacity to be with what is, so you can feel alive and reconnected with all parts of yourself.

In this 4-hours Workshop, we begin with a short introduction to Dearmouring, followed by a guided Self-Dearmouring Breathwork Journey. After a short break, you will have the chance to experience a live demonstration of a Dearmouring Session.

You will then have the opportunity to ask questions and take part in a supervised 1:1 Dearmouring Taster exchange session, where you can both give and receive Dearmouring in exchange with another participant.
