Grief Ritual for Times of Change

This Grief ritual is not only aimed at people who are currently negotiating a heavy loss, but invites us to recognize loss as a basic, constant, and unifying part of being human. The fleeting days of summer remind us that everything is in flux - and every change can involve loss.

The state of our planet and political realities also present reasons to mourn. Sometimes we experience losses as severe and clear, and sometimes as quieter, more diffuse or normalized, so that it can be harder to mourn them in our fast-paced everyday lives.

This grief ritual opens up a protected space to get in touch with all kinds of our sorrows. This may help us return to and honor what is important to us in life. The clear framework and relationships we weave can help to connect compassionately with our grief and integrate painful experiences into the flow of life.

This offer is not a therapy and requires participants to take responsibility for their own actions. If you have an acute case of grief, concerns or questions, please contact us in advance.

Prices:

The suggested donation is 60/80/100 € for both days depending on your income. Please contact us if this exceeds your budget.

There are also reparation free or discounted tickets for people who belong to historically and currently most discriminated population groups, such as BiPoC, LGBTQI+*, Jews, Sinti*zze and Rom*nja, and people affected by classism and/or poverty.

If one of these applies to you, you are not sure, or the fee simply exceeds your budget, please get in touch and we will find a solution. No one turned away for lack of funds.
