✨ Social Ecstatic Dance at Nachbarschaftshaus Xberg ✨ Spend the Fete de la Musique evening full of free movement, inner connection, and deeply felt expression in a sacred, welcoming space. We begin gently, arriving in our bodies through somatic exercises and breathwork guided by Lisa.

From there, Julius will lead us on a deep ecstatic dance journey, inviting you to move without judgment or choreography—just presence, intention, and authenticity.

To close, Lisa will offer a calming sound journey on the grand piano. You are warmly invited to lie beneath the piano and fully surrender to the resonant vibrations of the strings—a unique experience to ground and integrate. 🎹

No dance experience needed. All bodies and expressions are welcome.
