3-part event
Part 1: People immerse themselves in a state of awareness through breathing. I moderate the process and direct their attention to the sensations in the body to become more aware of everything that happens in the body—tension, discomfort, stress.
Part 2: We do several body-oriented practices aimed at relaxing muscles and relieving stress; they help to relax and prepare for somatic movement in Part 3.
Part 3: Intuitive somatic movements. The purpose of the practice is to teach people how to connect with their body and move in resonance with music, and to allow their body to express emotions, relax, and feel joy.
