Rooted in the deep wisdom of Qi gong , breathwork, and contemporary movement, we’ll explore heart-opening patterns that gently bring your body, breath, and spirit into alignment.
No choreography. No experience needed. Just your willingness to show up, move freely, and feel deeply.
We’ll close the evening with tea, pie, and heartfelt connection, a chance to land softly and share the glow of the experience together.
